Arugula, Watermelon & Feta Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette

1. This salad does not keep. The ingredients are very wet so it will get soggy if it sits for too long.
2. The vinaigrette made more than I needed. Use as much or as little as you’d like. I saved the rest and used it throughout the week.
