Avocado Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can chick peas, drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado, pitted
- 2 cloves, garlic minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbls Tahini
Instructions
- Combine everything in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy. Serve with veggies, crackers, pita chips etc.
