Avocado On Rye Toast

In a bowl, use a fork to smash up 1 vac-packed beetroot with 1 teaspoon of houmous and 1 teaspoon of cottage cheese, then season to taste and spread over 1 x 75g slice of rye bread or toast. Place 1?2 a ripe avocado on top, drizzle with 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of mixed seeds.
