Fill a chilled glass witH crushed ice. Add a blood orange slice.In a shaker, combine the blood orange juice, tequila, lime juice and lime syrup. Shake well for about 30 seconds then pour over the ice. Top with the ginger ale/beer and add a lime wedge. Serve!
