DIY Halloween Candy Dispensers

First, decide what topper you would like to create…a pumpkin, ghost, Frankenstein, bat, witch, etc. My son chose a witch, bat and jack-o-lantern. I prepped all supplies and had them ready to go when my son and I started crafting…There is a bit of drying time if you create these exactly the way I did.
