DIY Heart Print Valentines Tights
A DIY project. Make your own tights.The tutorial shows how to make heart themed tights but you can use your imagination and create all sorts of designs. Supplies:
- Arcrylic paint
- Clear Nail Polish
- Sheer tights (anything from 10 to 30 denier is best)
- Paintbrush
- Scissors
- Cardboard (can be from anywhere, an empty ceral box etc)
- Sticky tape
- Lots of time is also required
