Easy Cream Cheese Mints

Ingredients:

3 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar, plus more for dusting the work surface
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (or whatever flavor you want–lemon, orange, lime, almond…you can’t go wrong)
Food coloring (optional)
