Hot Cocoa with Peppermint Marshmallow Cookies

This drink is comforting on a cold day or at the end of a long day. It’s so simple and while I’m sure there are plenty of other recipes out there, none of them include Peppermint Marshmallow Cookies that melt just like those little artificial marshmallows that came in the powdered hot cocoa packets we used to drink.
