Orange-Cranberry Cheesecake

Everyone knows one of the best parts about cheesecake is the crust, so I do nice generous one. I like to pat it down on the bottom, and also about an inch up the sides.The sides don’t need to be perfect; I actually love the look of a rustic-edge crust.
