Hi! The brown frosting is just a tub of Betty Crocker coatolhce frosting. The black frosting is 1/2 cup coatolhce frosting plus black food coloring. The black food coloring is available at most grocery stores near the other cake decorations or even sometimes by the vanilla extract and spices. Sincerely, Cate
