chocolate peanut butter pancakes


dairy, egg, and gluten free, vegan makes 12-15 medium size pancakes 2/3 cup gluten free all purpose flour 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum 1 cup Silk Chocolate Soymilk 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 tablespoons agave (or sweetener of choice) In mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and xanthan gum, stirring out lumps. In blender, combine chocolate milk, peanut butter and agave*, add to dry mixture. Using a 1/4 cup measure, scoop batter onto an oiled skillet over medium low heat.
