Chocolate Witches' Cupcakes

ingredients: For the cupcakes: 1 (16.5-oz) box devil's food cake mix 6-oz fat-free Greek yogurt 1 cup water 2 large egg whites For the frosting: 8-oz 1/3 fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1 cup powdered sugar, unsifted 1 tsp vanilla extract For the witch hats: 22 large black cupcake liners 22 mini cupcake liners At a glance: Servings: Makes 22 cupcakes Active Time: 45 min Total Time: 45 min directions: 1. To make cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350°. Line the cupcake tin with cupcake liners. Lightly spray liners with baking spray. 2. Combine all the cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat until combined. Pour into prepared liners. Bake about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before frosting. 3. To make frosting: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. 4. To make the witches' hats: Fold the mini liners in thirds, snip off the corners in a rounded cut to make a circle in the center. Fold the larger liners in quarters and insert into the hole of the smaller liner. 5. Pipe a small amount of frosting in the center of each cupcake. Top each cupcake with a witches hat.
