Eye Pencil Tutorial

Kohl pencils are made to be smeared and blended, especially paired with a smoky eye. And my favorite way to do it is with a brush. Simply line the outer half of the upper lashline, switch to the brush then “pull” the line outward and inward. It’s a beautiful thing!
