Kitchen Island Ikea Hack

Courtney and company used 3 IKEA Billy bookcases to create a beautiful and practical kitchen center island. The bookcases were topped off with an IKEA Numerar butcher block countertop and wrapped in bead board on the side of the island that faces the living area. Take a look from the 'pretty' side and you'd never guess how the island started.
