Nature's Flu Shot
Ingredients: 6 fresh lemons 1 bulb garlic 2 tsp ground ginger root 2 Tbsp honey 3 cups pineapple juice 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Directions: 1 Blend all ingredients until smooth. 2 Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. 3 Take 1 cup 4 times a day until symptons are resolved. When using garlic or onions in anything. It is important to cut/slice/grind and let set 10 min before using to release their healing properties.
Are you SURE it means to take 1 CUP 4 times a day?!?! That would only last a little over a day.
The mixture does only last for a day. Make more as needed. Tip: don't add the cayenne to the big mixture, add a 1/10 of a teaspoon or as much as you can handle in each dose/cup. The longer the cayenne sits in the juice, the hotter it gets!
