When I put the orange layer on top of the cooled cheese cake the layer of cheesecake broke up. Is this suppose to happen or should I have let either the gelatin mix, or cheesecake cool longer?
So excited. Made this, used my cheesecake recipe...but did your whole orange creamsicle thing on top. It's Thanksgiving...and I'm not a pumpkiny kind of girl...and this orangey cheesecake will still look festive! Thanks so much for the recipe! You're awesome!:-) '
