Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Yields: 6 servings


1 (16.4 oz) package Betty Crocker® Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix 3/4 cup canned pumpkin Vegetable oil and eggs called for on muffin mix box Decrease water to 1/4 cup 1 pouch (6 oz) Betty Crocker® Cinnamon Supreme Muffin Glaze 1 pouch (7 oz) Betty Crocker® Orange Decorating Cookie Icing 1 can (8.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Meadow Green Cupcake Icing


1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease (or use cooking spray) bottoms of 6 jumbo fluted muffin tube pans. 2. Stir muffin mix, 1/4 cup water, oil, eggs and pumpkin in medium bowl just until blended. 3. Divide batter among muffin cups (each about 2/3 full). Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tops spring back when touched. Cool 10 minutes, run knife around edges of cups before removing); remove from pan. Cool completely before decorating. 4. Turn muffin upside down. Apply cinnamon supreme muffin glaze with decorating spatula. Let run down sides. Squeeze orange icing on ridges of muffins.
