Falafel

1. IN A FOOD PROCESSOR, add in 1 can drained chickpeas.
2. add in 1 small onion
3. 3 cloves minced garlic
4. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
5. a handful fresh parlsey or mint.
6. salt, pepper, and cumin.
7. form into balls.
8. bake fot 40 minutes, turning once, or fry until brown on both sides
Serve with just plain tahini.
