Fruity Mango Pineapple Salsa

KITCHEN TIP: How to find a ripe mango!

A ripe mango will be yellow, red and/or orange. Don't bother with green ones. Look for sweet scent that give slightly when gently squeezed. Don't buy really soft ones though. Those are past their prime. They will ripen more once you get them home so it's okay to buy firm ones and let them ripen on the counter.

You can also use this salsa as a topping for fish.
