Homemade Vegan Avocado, Almond & Pineapple-Chunk Ice Cream


So far, the avocados haven't browned. I'm not entirely sure on how long this will keep or how many times you can freeze/thaw this for eating purposes, but I would keep it to a minimum. This should be made with the intent of eating right away or within a few days to a week. The recipe doesn't produce an overly large quantity, so that timeline should be feasible.
